With 11 years of experience as a personal trainer, Natalie specializes in calisthenics and weight training. She is passionate about helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and develop sustainable fitness habits through individualized programming and coaching. Her approach combines mindful eating, functional movement, strength development, and long-term wellness practices to support clients at every fitness level.

“I have found great freedom and resilience in using fitness as a vehicle and outlet. There is something beautiful about striving to reach my physical potential. I find that I am incredibly confident when I am actively training. Aside from enjoying the physical benefits, my soul is happy when I move my body. My passion is to pass this on to my clients, in hopes that they reap the same benefits.”
