Natalie has changed my perspective on exercise completely. From thinking of exercise as just a chore for my health associated with gym boredom and muscle aches, it has now become an enjoyable habit since I trained with Natalie. By adapting the training to my individual capabilities and personality, teaching me to stretch, breathe and focus on each move, Natalie has helped me step by step to gain more strength, become toned, and have so much more energy! She holds me accountable and helps me stay on track. I finished two 1/2 marathons within the last year and am preparing for the next one. Natalie pursues her coaching with high integrity and is completely invested in the well-being and personal success of her clients. Training with her has been my best investment into a healthy future.

Natalie has been an amazing trainer for me and my style of fitness.  She is quick to accommodate my immediate needs while still keeping me improving toward my long term goals.  I'm good at doing the workouts, but it requires a different type of skill to come up with a routine specific to my ultimate goals - goals like toning my arms and abs or goals like increasing my speed while running.  That's where Natalie's knowledge of fitness has helped me. Because I see her every week, I'm motivated to stay focused for my other workouts during the week. Since training with her I look stronger but more importantly I feel stronger!

Natalie is a wonderful trainer. From the start, she’s understood my goals and has tailored my program for such. I’ve learned how to execute proper form, as well as what muscles are being utilized in the movement. Natalie has also been nothing short of kind. It’s awesome that I have a coach to hold me accountable. As a golf instructor myself, I understand the importance. In my time working with her, we have developed a solid relationship and share many laughs.

Natalie has helped me develop new ways of thinking about health and body. Through positive motivation, and specialized work-outs my body has never been stronger and I have never had a more loving relationship with my body! Bonus, we have so much fun!
